Our own premium micro grain carbide cutters and end mills designed for cutting hard alloy and tool steels. The premium nACo coating increases performance and extends the tool life up to 30% longer and has a thermal threshold of 2192ºF. The ALTiN coating has a thermal threshold of 1650ºF. The dovetail cutters are sized for a second cut pass so the dovetail cuts can be made to your preferred installation tolerances.
