I purchased a Ruger GP100 with fixed Novak Sights and found that at 50' I was consistently shooting low with a standard sight picture. Replacing the rear sight with this adjustable model allowed me to adjust my POA to equal POI. Excellent design and a quality product. I would like to see Novak make this with two tritium dots as a 3 dot sight picture is what I am accustomed to and is what I have on all my other handguns.
