Novak plain black adjustable rear sight for Glocks, fits factory dovetail and requires the Novak .325" tall front sight. Adjustment is screw click for elevation with side lock screw to prevent movement and dovetail drift for windage. This is a direct replacement sight - some minor fitting may be required.
