This is our professional installation service for machining both a Novak® .495" x 65º rear dovetail and Novak® .330" x 65º front dovetail into the slide. This includes installation of the sights and basic refinishing of the slide. Basic refinishing consists of re-bluing or black oxide of carbon steel slides or re-blasting to match stainless steel slides. All specialty finishes (i.e.: hard chrome, ion bond, various paint type finishes, etc.) are not included. The process will be completed by one of our highly trained and experienced technicians usually in one to two weeks. Please see our "Sights 101" section to learn more about the different installation processes. When we install our sights, we warranty the installation and the sights, see our warranty section for more details. To prevent any possible damages during shipping, carefully package the slide only and include a copy of your invoice. We recommend insuring and tracking your package. Your credit card will be preauthorized for the total amount, but the charge is not final until the installation is finished. If any changes to your order is needed, we will contact you by phone or email.
