Novak's® warrants to the customer, for THE LIFE OF THE CUSTOMER,  that the work performed and parts supplied AND INSTALLED by Novak's® shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Novak's® shall only be liable under this warranty if the item on which such work was performed is used in the manner intended by the item's manufacturer as specified in the written instructions supplied by such manufacturer AND FURTHER PROVIDED THAT THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY VOID IF ANYONE OTHER THAN NOVAK'S® HAS PROVIDED WORK OR MATERIAL FOR THE ITEM AFTER THE DATE OF THIS WARRANTY.

Novak's® shall be liable solely for the replacement and installation of any parts supplied and installed by Novak's® that fail through a defect in material or workmanship at no charge to the customer during the warranty period. No liability is expressed or implied for any damage or injury which may result from improper use of our parts or our firearms.

NOVAK'S® SPECIFICALLY DISAVOWS ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR LIABILITY RELATING TO THE CONDITION OR USE OF ITEM(S) DELIVERED TO OR SUPPLIED BY NOVAK'S®.
