Novak tritium dot adjustable rear sight for Taurus 1911's, fits factory dovetail and uses the factory front sight height. Adjustment is screw click for elevation with side lock screw to prevent movement and dovetail drift for windage. This is a direct replacement sight - some minor fitting may be required.
